AIR SLIDE

Air slide is a pneumatic conveying equipment used in the cement and mining industries to transport bulk powders from storage compartments or silos.It is characterized by easy maintenance, good sealing, no noise, safe and dependable operation, lower power consumption, easy to change the conveying direction, feeding in many points, and discharging in many points. The main parts of air slide are air slide fabrics made of PETS-6 synthetic fiber, which is high temperature resistant, rust resistant, abrasion resistant, low moisture content, light weight, plain surface, and long life. Airslide fluidized conveying systems harness the power of gravity, giving them a system that is low maintenance, high efficiency, and high performance. The air slide conveyor is combined with the upper chute, air slide fabrics, and lower chute, fixed by bolts at the edges of the chute and sealed by silicon rubber or some high temperature resistance sealing material.
